What does the design process look like?

Expect to work closely with Meredith from the spark of your idea to the completed design. We have an initial consultation either in person or over the phone to discuss your ideas and budget and then two follow up meetings to fine tune the design and to find the perfect placement. Depending on the complexity of your design and the scale of the project, we have the option to offer you renders of your project.

How much should we budget for our custom designed pieces?

The pieces we design and build are an investment into your home, your space and your family. Our custom projects start at $5000.00. Please reach out for more pricing on your specific ideas!

How involved are we in the design process?

We are building your dreams and would like to create exactly what you want. Chris works to put your design ideas and Meredith’s contributions into SketchUp. Our costing includes three meetings including the initial consultation, however if you need more time with us to see your project come to fruition, we are happy to spend more time adjusting designs at an hourly cost. We will send you images of any redesigns that occur so that you can have input in changes made. Some of our clients like to share a basic idea and see where we go with it, and that is another way we design!

How do you choose the materials you work with?

We use high end materials for a high end final product because we believe in longevity, quality and aesthetic. We have relationships with suppliers around Colorado and are also always sourcing to get our clients both the best price and the highest quality materials.

What COVID19 health and safety precautions are you taking?

We follow CDC guidelines and will not come into your home sick. We will wear masks upon request.

How far do you travel?

We generally serve Boulder County, Northern Colorado, and Denver and its suburbs. If you’re outside of that range, please reach out! We are always happy to see if we can travel to you.
